Our shipping rates are based on price of purchase starting from $9.50.

We ship with NZ Post and due to the nature of our products only send packages on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for rural delivery and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for urban delivery. 

If you place your order after 9pm on a Tuesday, unless otherwise discussed, will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Although we opt for express overnight shipping sometimes it does not arrive in time. This may be disappointing but once the parcel has begun its travel to its destination we cannot control when it will arrive. If you have any questions about your package please contact the shipping carrier.

Personalised Barkuterie Boxes & Mega Barkuterie Boxes will be sent as a kit which includes:

• Baked Pupcake (or donut if this is the selected option)
• Icing in a piping bag (If you choose to order a pupcake)
• Sprinkles (If you choose to order a pupcake)
• Named Cookie
•  Dried Treats
• Peanut Butter (In the personalised Barkuterie)
